History

The measurement of a great company is not in how much money they have or how many locations they have around the U.S. but rather how determined they are to work hard, show personal integrity, and provide quality service. That philosophy was woven into the business when founder Bernard P. Wilm started Wilm Janitorial Services in the mid 50’s. His own willingness to work long, hard hours made his business successful and built its reputation of quality services. In 1964 the business grew and became D&B Industrial Floor Coatings, Inc. Bernard’s son Dennis joined him in the venture to help make it successful for many years to come. Now Brad Van Dam, Dennis’s nephew, is the president of D&B Industrial Floor Coatings, Inc. and the three-generation, family business still holds its founding philosophy. It is moving into the future, providing the good, old-fashioned, quality service it was founded on.

D&B Industrial Floor Coatings, Inc. has installed floor coatings, joint fillers, and sealers for some of the most respected companies in the U.S. We are located in Germantown, Wisconsin, and our geographical area includes the majority of the Midwest. We regularly travel for our customers.
